USB SPI JTAG Utility Bundle with Solderless Flasher Addon

This is the USB version, works without parallel port. With this bundle, you can dump NAND flash, and you can also write to the NAND falsh. It includes all the necessary components for this process.

You can do all these things via USB port. The advantage over the parallel port is the speed. To dump a 16M flash via parallel port takes around 35 minutes, with this USB interface, it only takes 3 minutes.

This bundle also comes with the solderless flasher addon. With this addon, you can read/write the NAND flasher without soldering wires to your motherboard. Please note, you still need to solder diodes to your motherboard after you have the NAND flashed.

This bundle contains:

• USB SPI interface board with PIC 18F2455 loaded with bootloader


• 8 female to female flexible wire (10 cm in length each)


• 40 pin single row pin header


• 3 1N4148 switching diodes


• 10 inch heat shrink tube


• 20 inch 4 conductor flat cable/wire


• Solderless addon with pogo pins for a solderless NAND read write operation

This is a development board only, no firmwares installed. In order for this board to function, you will need to install your own firmware. This chip has bootloader programmed, thus you can install your own firmware via USB, so do NOT need a separate programmer to program the PIC. This board doesn't work without your own firmware.
