I have a jp1.3 remote, I didn't know this cable wasn't for JP1.3 remote until I tried it, I opened a ticket and I got reply in a couple hours and they provided instructions to convert this cable to a JP1.3 cable. I am very happy with the purchase and the support is VERY GOOD! (Posted on 2/2/11)
