This kit works with 7xxxx Liteon, for 8xxxx and 9xxxx, you need a different kit: CK3 and Liteon 8/9 series bundle. If you need a kit works for all 7xxxx, 8xxxx, and 9xxxx driver, you need CK3 and 7/8/9 bundle.

This kit is designed to easy extract lite-on DVD key without soldering (only one probe) . This tool combines a Connectivity Kit V3 plus a USB version of Liteon KEY Extractor. You can extract Lite-on / BENQ DVD key in minutes. No soldering required. No serial port need.

All you need to do is to connect the dvd adapter to the molex connector (from your pc) and use the packaged dvd power cable to connect the dvd adapter to your dvd rom, connect the sata cable from the dvd rom to your sata port. Then hold one probe on TX via (see pic) while programming. You only need to hold on probe, that's it! so you other hand can click mouse!


You need DVDKey or DVDkey32 to extract the key. You can also use Xtractor Reader to extract the key.

Warnings

In order to connect the Xbox 360 DVD to your PC, you have to open Xbox 360 DVD case, which invalidates your warranty. If you want to keep you warranry, do not try this.
